Belconnen United jumped to an early 12-0 lead, with fullback Livai Kaloutolu and hooker Ewen McCarroll both scoring.
The Bushrangers hit back a few minutes later, with five-eighth Michael Brophy scooting over the try-line from dummy-half, closing the gap to 12-4. The Sharks hit back after second rower Nukurua Ngere beat multiple defenders to score under the posts.
Tuggeranong winger Brigham Moeakiola scored just before half-time, bringing the score-line to 18-10 at the break.
The home side turned things around in the second half, stepping up their attack and running in four straight tries. Jack Sandford, Jordan Martin, Julian Haywood-Whiley and Liam Oakley all scored within a crucial 25 minute period, all but sealing the Bushrangers win.
Sharks' McCarroll got one back for the visitors, but it wasn't enough as Tuggeranong held on for the win.
The Bushrangers are sitting in seventh place on the ladder, equal on points with the Sharks.
