Jordan Rapana has apologised to Raiders fans for his offseason drink-driving misdemeanor on the Sunshine Coast, for which the NRL are still yet to hand down a punishment. The 32-year-old blew 0.098 in Maroochydore on September 27, a low-range reading which cost him $500 and a three-month driving disqualification after he plead guilty at the Magistrates Court. A hefty fine, and games suspension from the NRL are also expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Rapana has since returned to Raiders preseason training, and was at the Queanbeyan Golf Club with new signing Jamal Fogarty on Thursday, in his role as ambassador for Respite Care for Queanbeyan.
