Six of the seven charges Tom Starling was slapped with after a late night out on the Central Coast in December were dropped after the Raiders hooker appeared in Gosford local court on Thursday. The 22-year-old plead not guilty to hindering an officer, the seventh charge stemming from a December 5 night out after which officers also charged Starling with affray and assault. His brothers Jackson and Josh also fronted court in Gosford on Thursday. They spent the night in lock up following the incident and were released the day after, sporting several cuts and bruises. Raiders coach Ricky Stuart vehemently defended his young hooker at the time, who returned to training just 48 hours after being released from lock up.
