Broncos Coach Kurt Richards will be without Kurt Baptiste, Corey Norman, Dane Gagai and Dale Copley forcing several changes to his core unit.
Winger Matthew Berwick will slot into the fullback role in a youthful backline while Chris Binge moves to the number seven jersey.
Zac Lemberg, Waita Setu and BJ Burgess all come onto the bench while James Furminger will return to the wing.
The Broncos currently sit on equal points with the Raiders who will be disappointed after a narrow two-point loss last week.
Raiders Coach David Hamilton has named a seven-man bench and will be without fullback Nathan Massey and halfback Sam Williams who will both play in the NRL side.
Hamilton has brought in Michael Chee Kam, Sami Sauiliuma , Luke Berkrey, Chris Salway, Hayden Crockett and Mitch Day leaving plenty of speculation about the final make up of his side.
