Canberra Raiders centre Joey Leilua should be training with the Wests Tigers on Tuesday, with the finalisation of a three-year deal imminent. Wests were just seeking clarification with the NRL on a few things before finalising the switch for the explosive back. The move will give Leilua some stability about his future. The 28-year-old has been part of the Raiders' most successful era since the 1990s, making last year's NRL grand final and the 2016 preliminary final. Of his 204 NRL games he's played 91 of those for the Green Machine across five seasons, having overcome a potentially career-threatening neck injury last year.
