SIBLING SUPERSTARS ON SHOW

THE Bradley boys, older brother Tom and sibling Joe, have gone from strength to strength in their chosen professions and this Sunday they will be featured on national television, when their unique story airs on Weekend Today.

Joe Bradley

Tom is currently taking the dance world by storm, performing for the Sydney Dance Company, while Joe is doing great things playing under 20s for the Canberra Raiders.

Producers at Channel 9 were approached by the Sydney Dance Company about the boys and jumped at the chance to profile these two talented Cootamundra kids.

The brothers are the sons of Greg and Sue Bradley, who still live and work in town.

The entire family, including Greg, Sue, Tom, Joe and grandmother Joy Hogan, enjoyed time in Sydney last weekend, where they were interviewed by the program.

Channel 9 producer Airlie Walsh said the segment titled “Sibling Superstars” will focus on the fact the two brothers have pursued careers at such opposite ends of the spectrum.

Tom spent his early years dancing with Chris Edwards School of Dance while Joe showed promise with the Cootamundra Bulldogs from an early age.

Greg said he and Sue could not be prouder of the heights achieved by the two boys, however they remain humble and realistic about what they do.

Amazingly both brothers performed on a grand stage last weekend with Greg, Sue and Joy on hand on Saturday to see a matinee performance of Tom’s latest show “To one another”, which will run until next month before watching Joe’s Raiders take on the Roosters on Sunday.

Both boys completed their schooling at EA Southee Public School and Cootamundra High School.

Interestingly, both were on the Student Representative Council at EA Southee, with Joe school captain in 2004 and Tom an SRC member in 2002.

A freelance cameraman was in Cootamundra yesterday, filming footage at the boys old stomping ground, EA Southee.

Airlie indicated the show will go to air between 8am and 8.30am this Sunday.
