The Penrith Panthers NYC side travelled to Goulburn for a pre season hit out against the Canberra Raiders. The game was played out over four quarters in steamy conditions this afternoon.
Coach Garth Brennan assembled a squad of 26 to make the journey as they took to the field for their first pre season hit out. The Panthers trailed early as the hosts raced in two tries to take the lead.
The Panthers got themselves back into the game and took the lead in the third quarter. A polished finish to the game saw the Panthers eventually run out winners, 32-22.
