Brett Kimmorley

Sharp end

Peter Sharp has decided to call it quits on his rugby league coaching career and will announce it as soon as this week. Cronulla are still anchored to the bottom of the table and Paul Gallen's comments yesterday have put even more pressure on the caretaker coach. Brett Kimmorely is the likely replacement for the head coach job and will move into the assistant role when Shane Flanagan returns.

Raiders plan raid...

Despite Ricky Stuart being adamant the Raiders will not panic with recruitment... the Raiders are panicking. Although Terry Campese is denying a move to the Super League, it is almost certain as Ricky Stuart looks to address his halves for 2015. Who do they think can make the difference? Robert Lui, the man unwanted in North Queensland.

Another "dog" rugby bound?

Another NRL player looks set to travel to France to play Rugby Union. Krisnan Inu looks to take advantage of the big TV deal French rugby received early in the year. Despite interest from numerous NRL clubs, Inu will chase the big dollars and pack his bags. The Dogs have signalled a return to Belmore for Shark Jonathan Wright in 2015 as a direct replacement.
