The Canberra Raiders have missed out on an Anzac Day clash and will instead play South Sydney the day after. As revealed by The Canberra Times, they will get an all trans-Tasman clash in an historic NRL-Super Rugby double header. But in a boost for the Raiders' corporate side and in recognition of making the grand final, they have eight Channel Nine games - up from five this year. They'll also make two trips to the bush, facing the Newcastle Knights in a home game at Wagga Wagga in round 6 and travelling to the Wests Tigers at Tamworth in round nine. The Green Machine have only one five-day turnaround, coming in round three when they'll host St George Illawarra, after returning from playing the New Zealand Warriors in Auckland.
