Raiders shoulder blame for poor NRL seasonAfter starting the season as NRL premiership hopefuls, Canberra are adamant they only have themselves to blame for missing the finals.
The Green Machine, despite a healthy 18-point win over Newcastle on Friday, had their faint play-off hopes extinguished by Manly on Sunday in Auckland.
"It's no one's fault but our own this whole year. We really let ourself down in tight games - a number of them actually - it's something we're going to have to fix next year if we're going to be contenders," fullback Jack Wighton said on Monday.
