In terms of NRL attacking football, the scoreboard makes it look like popguns at 10 paces.

But former Raiders skipper Simon Woolford is confident Canberra can fix its attack more easily than the Dragons, claiming he doesn't know where St George Illawarra can find more points.

The Dragons have been widely criticised for their lack of point-scoring punch in the opening two rounds, but the Raiders have scored one less try this season and were held scoreless against the Gold Coast Titans last weekend.

While Canberra's off-season focused on defensive improvement, Raiders coaching staff took the team through a remedial session in attacking structure during the week. Players were ordered to go through their moves at almost walking pace.
