100-4-100 Cooper gets a special giftCanberra Raiders centre Jarrod Croker has struck up a strong friendship with one of the Raiders junior members and presented him with a signed Women in League jersey as a thanks for his continued support.
Croker met Cooper Temple-Clarke last season at one of the Raiders away matches and the pair have continued to keep in touch.
The friendship has become so strong that Croker decided to do something for the junior member for Christmas, so he presented him with the jersey, which now takes pride of place at Cooper's home.
Croker said its members like Cooper who make it all worth while and said he hoped more juniors would sign on for 2012.
"Cooper is great and he loves the Raiders," Croker said. "You can see every time he comes out to a game or training how much he gets behind the team and its great to have his support."
"Hopefully we can get heaps more of the next generation of footy fans to get behind the Raiders just like Cooper."
