Canberra Raiders management has confirmed they are investigating allegations two of their star players were drinking heavily ahead of their match against the New Zealand Warriors.
There are reports Josh Papalii and Anthony Milford were seen at several Auckland nightspots 48 hours out from their 50-16 loss at Mount Smart Stadium.
Raiders management says appropriate action will be taken and there is no set time for the investigation to take place.
The latest allegations , with Josh Dugan and Blake Ferguson both sacked from the team, Sandor Earl suspended for drug use and the termination of coach David Furner's contract.
