Jordan Rapana has apologised to Raiders fans for his off-season drink-driving misdemeanour on the Sunshine Coast, for which the NRL are still yet to hand down a punishment. The 32-year-old blew 0.098 in Maroochydore on September 27, a low-range reading which cost him $500 and a three-month driving disqualification after he pleaded guilty at the Magistrates Court. A hefty fine, and games suspension from the NRL, are also expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Rapana has since returned to Raiders pre-season training, and was at the Queanbeyan Golf Club with new signing Jamal Fogarty on Thursday in his role as ambassador for Respite Care for Queanbeyan.
