The Canberra Raiders squad spent Friday afternoon visiting 19 schools to deliver the NRL's well-being message.
In total, the Canberra Raiders spoke to 5,500 school kids in the ACT and surrounding regions.
Raiders forward, Elliott Whitehead visited both Melba Copland Secondary School and St John Paul II College and was pleased to be able to help kids achieve their goals.
"It's great to be able to get out and share our dreams with them and get them thinking about the steps they'll need to take to achieve their dreams," Whitehead said.
