Raiders Captain Terry Campese has been nominated for the second year in a row, for the prestigious Ken Stephen meal for his ongoing work in the community.

Campese has raised almost $100,000 for local causes through The Terry Campese Foundation, which he set up with the aim of making a difference in a practical way to people of all ages with a range of needs via charities in Canberra, Queanbeyan and Southern New South Wales.

Voting is now open for fans to have their say on which NRL star should be awarded the prestigious 2013 Ken Stephen Medal presented by Telstra, at the annual One Community Awards next month.

Among the 15 finalists for the award won last year by Cowboys hero Johnathan Thurston, are Club Captains Michael Ennis, Terry Campese, Ben Creagh, Tim Mannah, Kurt Gidley and Nate Myles.

Fans are being urged to log on to www.NRL.com/kenstephenmedal to vote for the player who has not only achieved on the field, but who has also had a positive impact on the wider community.
