Semi-final time for footy players This weekend we will see the 11’s and 13’s play their semi-final. The boys have been showing great progress with their football ability and are playing some exciting football.
All of the players have matured with their discipline on and off the field. U 13’s will be heading to Canberra after their game to watch the Raiders play against Penrith Panthers.
The boys are very excited about the trip away. It’s great to see the mini boys out there displaying their footy on the paddock and playing with enjoyment. The games scheduled to be played in Dubbo are as follows:
8’s vs St John’s Gold at 10.10am on fld 3B
9’s vs PCYC at 9.30am on fld 5
10’s vs St John’s at 10.50am on fld 3D
11’s vs Narromine at 10.30am on fld 4
13’s vs St John’s at 12.30am on fld 4
It will be great to see all the players and supporters wearing their new outfit sponsored by Gumtree.
The sponsorship that has supported the JRL has given a delightful feeling within the club.
The JRL presentation is to be held at the Wellington RSL Club on Saturday September 17 at 3pm. It will be great to see all the kids, parents, supporters, community members and all footy goers there at the presentation. This is one of the biggest days for our youth.
