Canberra back-rower Shaun Fensom is free to play the Sydney Roosters this weekend in round four of the NRL after beating a dangerous contact charge on Wednesday night at the judiciary.
Fensom was charged by the NRL match review committee with a grade-one 'crusher tackle' on St George Illawarra's Euan Aitken in last week's loss, and had faced a one-match ban if found guilty.
Roosters prop Sam Moa is also contesting a grade-one dangerous contact charge at the judiciary in a bid to play in Sunday's Allianz Stadium fixture.
