The offseason growth of the Rams Family continues...
The Rams would like to welcome Ted Huddart Sherlock to the family. Ted is the son of Angus and Carly Sherlock and was born on the 11/12/14. Congratulations to the proud parents, we wish you all the best!
Ted is the son of a great Ram; with his father Gus being a massive contributor to the Rams both on and off the field for a long period of time. Gus is one of only 15 players to have played 100 First Grade games for the Rams. He retired at the end of the successful 2009 season, where he helped lead the team to within a game of the Grand Final.
Gus came out of retirement in 2011 to play Reserve Grade with close friends. He played outstanding footy, enough to earn him Reserve Grades Best and Fairest, whilst also guiding the team to the 2011 Premiership.
Off the field Gus has been the long term Treasurer of the club, a position he has held for the past 7 years, until relinquishing this position for 2015 to focus on his family. In this time Gus has played a major role in helping to direct the club in a direction where we have a bright future in front of us.
Thank you again to Gus for all of his efforts, and Carly for being so supportive of the Rams. We look forward to seeing your family soon.
