Raiders set for annual Health Day event

The Canberra Raiders Rugby League club will conduct its annual ‘Tackling Indigenous Health Day Camp’ on August 14.
The camp is run each year for Indigenous students between the ages of 8 and 17.
The day is part of the Canberra Raiders Reconciliation Action Plan in conjunction with the NRL All Stars program.
It’s held between 9am and 11am and gives the kids a chance to have a healthy breakfast with some Raiders players then go through some of the things the Raiders players do on a day to day basis.
This will include skills sessions, goal setting and healthy eating tutorials and a tour of the Raiders complex.
