Williams was forced from the field with 25 minutes remaining in Friday night's 34-6 win over the Bulldogs, but the young half had already controlled the game superbly with his kicking display.
Williams will have scans on his shoulder tomorrow, club medical staff concerned he may have suffered a tear to the trapezius muscle in his shoulder or aggravated the AC joint.
But the 21-year-old is confident of making the trip to Auckland for the last game of the regular season.
