The NSW Blues have named their squad for State of Origin game three to be played at Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday, July 11.
Tariq Sims replaces Matt Prior in the side, with Paul Vaughan promoted to the starting side and Ryan James the 18th man.
Captain Boyd Cordner will be given until game day to recover from a calf injury.
"Tariq's been fantastic, one of the in-form players in the competition," NSW coach Brad Fittler said.
"Boyd is carrying a bit of an injury, that's a position Tariq covers as well.
