Hours after being granted an immediate release by Newcastle, Leilua on Monday revealed in an Instagram video taken by Canterbury's Frank Pritchard he was heading to the nation's capital.
Raiders Sam Williams and Jack Wighton said they knew nothing more than what had appeared on social media, but his size and skill would provide a welcome boost.
