Nick Cotric is one of a number of off-contract Canberra Raiders stars chief executive Don Furner will look to lock in over the pre-season. Cotric's manager Sam Ayoub said while they were in no rush to finalise a deal the Australian international was happy in Canberra. Ayoub also said it was a waiting game in regards to Aidan Sezer's future. Sezer's contracted to the Raiders for 2020, but they won't stand in his way if he finds a deal elsewhere. English Super League club Huddersfield are expecting him to join them next season on a three-year deal, but a few things still need to fall into place before it's finalised.
