Steele Sports radio is reporting that Penrith General Manager Phil Gould is watching Raiders halfback Sam Williams playing for Mounties against the Bulldogs this afternoon. There are reports that the Panthers are plan on trying to sign Williams. The Raiders have offered Sam a two year renewal and will meet with Williams and his manager next week.
