Raiders Year in Review – Terry Campese

With the long off-season now upon us we’re going to take time to look at the Raiders players and see what sort of season you think they’ve had.

At the bottom of each section we’re encouraging fans to put down what they think the best moment was for each player and wish them good luck for the off-season.

It wasn’t a memorable season for the Raiders star playmaker Terry Campese in 2011, as his long anticipated return from a knee injury lasted just seven minutes against the Cowboys.

After suffering a long term knee injury in the Raiders semi-final loss to the Tigers in 2010, Campese was expected to come back for the Raiders back half of the season and lead the team to the finals.

However a tear to his groin meant the classy five-eighth would sit out the remainder of the year as well.

With only seven minutes on the field in 2011 it’s hard to nominate highlights, however his one kick in general play was a beauty and there’s no doubt he’ll be hungry for a better start and finish to season 2012.
