The Canberra Raiders NYC team pulled off a last minute miracle at Hunter Stadium this afternoon, as they scored as the full time siren sounded to pull off a 30-26 comeback win.
The Raiders looked down and out at 22-8 in the second half, but some brilliance from the elusive Anthony Milford allowed the Green Machine to get back into the match and go on and win.
Milford was magic for the Raiders scoring two tries and having a hand in several others, with his goal kicking the difference as Knights kicker Lachlan Shipard had a horror day with the boot.
The Knights opened the scoring through Joseph Tapine when he crossed in the corner after just five minutes, with the conversion from Lachlan Shipard missing for an early 4-0 lead.
