James Tedesco's wretched injury luck has struck again with the young Wests Tigers fullback being stretchered off with a serious-looking knee injury less than 10 seconds into Saturday's NRL clash with Canberra.
Tedesco, who reneged on an agreement to join the Raiders earlier this month, collided with Canberra five-eighth Terry Campese after catching the kick-off and fell straight to the ground clutching his left knee.
It was the same knee that required a reconstruction in 2012 on his NRL debut and his absence could be a huge blow to the Tigers' hopes of a top-eight finish.
