Raiders Year in Review – Jarrod Croker

With the long off-season now upon us we’re going to take time to look at the Raiders players and see what sort of season you think they’ve had.

At the bottom of each section we’re encouraging fans to put down what they think the best moment was for each player and wish them good luck for the off-season.

Croker continues to develop his game and looks as though he’ll be a mainstay of the Raiders backline for years to come.

The young centre struggled early in the season playing with some niggling injuries, but towards the back end of the season showed signs that he was back to his attacking best, linking with Reece Robinson and young Josh Papalii on the Raiders left hand edge.

Having Terry Campese back in 2012 will only help Croker create chances on that left hand side of the field.

His goal kicking continues to be a huge positive for the club and he’s shaken off the demons of his miss in the 2010 semi-final against the Tigers.

A strong start to the 2012 season could see Jarrod make his first representative team.
