Queanbeyan Kangaroos 30 defeated Tuggeranong Bushrangers 12 at Freebody Oval

The Kangaroos returned to the winner’s circle in round seven by defeating the Tuggeranong Bushrangers at home.

Queanbeyan had been doing it tough without the services of former St George Illawarra and Brisbane Broncos rake Aaron Gorrell however the side looks to have recovered impressively from the loss of their experience hooker.

Tuggeranong too were without one of their best players in star fullback Michael Brophy. The Bushrangers seemed to miss Brophy’s leadership and calming influence in attack.

Often, the Bushrangers would do tremendously well to get in a position to attack Queanbeyan’s line but a stray pass or lack of direction would bring them undone.
