Canberra Raiders players Sia Soliola, Paul Roache, Elliott Whitehead and Jack Murchie were on hand at Westfield Belconnen on Friday to show their support for the Channel 9 Gold Appeal which helps raise funds for the Sydney Children's Hospital to buy life-saving equipment, fund ground-breaking research and deliver vital services to young patients from across NSW.
Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation CEO Nicola Stokes was thrilled to be in Canberra alongside the Raiders.
"Being here today in Canberra is really important because we're visiting all the regional centres in NSW and the ACT. As well as looking after the children's health we like to look after their well-being so having the Canberra Raiders players here bring a burst of light to the kids here so it's great to see them out here showing their support."
