Canberra, the capital of Australia, and its people deserve a new stadium. And Raiders coach Ricky Stuart has called on ACT Chief Minister Andrew Barr to make it happen.Stuart's comments came after the coach saw the new Parramatta Stadium for the first time and he liked what he saw.
