Each day this week, for Women in League round we will be profiling a different woman who makes a significant contribution to rugby league in the Canberra region.
Today we chat to Katherine Nightingale who has been a referee at local level for the last 14 years and also serves on the board of the Canberra referees.
In the video below she talks about how she became a referee, lessons she has learned along the way and advice she has for other women aspiring to become referees.
