Jarryd Reid: Is it true that you used to go for the Raiders as a youngster?
Shaun: Hi Jarryd, yeah it is true, I was definitely a Raiders fan growing up. They had a lot of great Queenslander’s in their team back in those days especially Mal Meninga who was my favourite player as a youngster.
Jacqueline Murray: What’s been the highlight of your career so far?
Shaun: Hi Jacqueline, the highlight of my career so far has been when my brother Barry came back to the Brisbane Broncos in 2003. He got to make his debut for the club alongside me at Suncorp Stadium in front of all our family and friends.
He went down at a young age to the Bulldogs but we had always remained close so it was a special moment for me to be able to play our first NRL game together.
