Monster Raffle to help flood/cyclone-affected Qld clubs

Tickets for the 2011 One Community Toyota Monster Raffle can be purchased online for the first time giving buyers the option to have the money they spend distributed to flood/cyclone-affected Qld rugby league clubs or any other registered leagues club/body of their choice in Australia.

With the 2010 Monster Raffle raising over $650,000 for grassroots rugby league clubs nationwide, this year’s online purchase option offers a great opportunity to provide further support to the flood/cyclone-affected Qld clubs and others in need or your local club.

Every registered rugby league club in Australia has the opportunity to register for the Raffle and sell tickets at no cost to the club, with 100 per cent of the profits going back to these clubs.

The online purchase option gives buyers the option to choose which specific club or organisation, e.g. Queensland Rugby League, will benefit from the sale. The buy can also choose a specific flood/cyclone-affected club or choose to donate to the Flood/Cyclone Relief Fund which will be distributed evenly to all affected clubs.

Rugby League's One Community introduced the Monster Raffle in 2007, the first of its kind in rugby league history. It is a way for grassroots clubs to raise money for the players and the club, without relying on one-off donations.

-100% of any profits made are given back to clubs
