Keep him at all costs: Raider urges club to lock down wantaway Jack Wighton

Canberra forward Joe Tapine has urged the Raiders to lock down off-contract five-eighth Jack Wighton at all costs.The 2019 Clive Churchill Medallist enjoyed the finest season of his career, guiding Canberra to the NRL grand final and winning his first call-ups for NSW and then the Kangaroos.

But Wighton, who is free to negotiate with rival clubs as of November 1, is set to test the open market according to his manager Matt Rose.
