The home side was 24-6 up at half-time and the Bulldogs could not raise their game in the second half, as the Raiders inflicted a six tries to one thrashing on the visitors.
The Bulldogs were under pressure for the entire match, making 70 more tackles and missing 29 tackles to Canberra's 17.
For the Raiders, Sandor Earl scored a hat-trick of tries, with Reece Robinson bagging a double and interchange player Matt Nicholls scoring one.
The only bright spot for the Bulldogs was a first-half try by half-back Kris Keating, converted by Krisnan Inu.
