Fears young Rams running out of steam Woden Valley coach Cameron Hardy is hopeful his young team hasn't hit the wall after crashing to a third straight loss against Tuggeranong Bushrangers on Sunday.
With both teams in equal fourth heading into the clash, Tuggeranong won 24-6 in a heated local derby where two players were sin-binned and another sent off.
At one stage in the second half, the Rams played with 11 men after five-eighth Daniel Roberts was binned, and halves partner Josh Burns given his marching orders. Bushranger Jake Rumsby was also given a 10-minute spell but Hardy said his side's frustrations boiled over after failing to crack Tuggerangong's defence.
A spate of penalties handed the hosts plenty of opportunities but the Bushrangers on-line defence held firm to take a giant leap towards a finals berth.
